• All patients need to be clinically well, have no fever, be able to understand the treatment options and be able to mobilise transfer.

• For acute wounds and skin conditions, patients can self refer by calling us as needed and to be 5 years old and above.

​

• For chronic and venous leg ulcers, any hospital letters are to be brought and patients are to be 16 years or older, with the complete forms found in our referral forms section here.
